1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of your order. We ship from our location in Niagara, Ontario.
- Standard Shipping: Typically 5-7 business days (Canada)
- Expedited Shipping: Typically 2-3 business days (Canada)
Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
3. Shipping to PO Boxes
We do ship to PO Boxes; however, certain carriers (such as UPS or FedEx) may not be able to deliver to a PO Box. In those cases, we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping address.
4. International Shipping
At this time, Cardboard Kings only ships within Canada.
5. Free Shipping Promotion
Free shipping applies to standard shipping within Canada only. If you qualify for free shipping, it will be automatically applied during checkout.
6. Shipping Delays
While we work with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays once your order is with the carrier. If you experience a significant delay, please contact us, and we'll assist you with tracking your order.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packing and shipping your orders. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address due to an error in the provided shipping information. If you realize there is an error in your address after placing the order, please contact us immediately, and we will try to make corrections before the order is shipped.
9. Carrier Information
We primarily ship via Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. You will receive tracking information from the carrier once your order ships, which can be used to monitor your shipment.
10. Expedited Shipping Options
If you need your order faster, we offer expedited shipping options (2-day and overnight shipping) during checkout. Additional charges will apply for expedited shipping.
11. Signature Requirements
For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure the package is received securely. If you are unavailable to sign for the package, please check with the carrier to arrange for redelivery or pick-up.
12. Shipping Address Changes
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. However, if the order has not been shipped, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate any address changes.
